SEDOC was firstly initiated to establish by Mr. Sil Vineth
on the 12 July 1991 since he was a refugee of Site II camp.
Since 1991 up to now, SEDOC had implemented 8 main activities in the past, 10 activities has been running in the present and other 6 projects are creating.
SEDOC has officially recognized and registered with :
SNC (Supreme National Council)
UNTAC (United Nations Transitional Authority of Cambodia) and
Ministry of Interior of Kingdom of Cambodia.
