1. Attended the Forestry Training course on Community Forestry in Kasethsart University for six and half month in Bangkok, Thailand in 1987-88.
2. Attended the 8 months and half training course of Rural Social Leadership in SEARSOLIN, Cagayan de oro, Philippines, 1990-91. Organized and funded by JRS Thailand, MISERIOR of Germany.
3. Participated in NGOs movement and Green Round meeting in Seoul, South Korea, 1994, organized and funded by Japanese and Korean NGO, sent by JVC Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
4. Attended the Regional dialogue on natural resource management and Mekong, in Kunming town, Yunan province of China, 1994, co-organized and funded by Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI) of Thailand Yunan Institute of Botany of China.
5. Attended the World Summit on Social Development, March 1995, in the name of all Cambodian organizations, selected by CCC and NGO Forum. Attended with other 4 participants, Mrs. Muo Sokhuo, Fr. Noneem, Yi Vasna, and Shivakumar.
6. Attended the field visit on Credit Program of CIDSE Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh city and Soc Chang province (former Khmer Kampuchea Krom) leaded by CIDSE Cambodia, October, 1995.
7. Participated in Asian NGOs Consultation on World Food Summit, held in Bangkok, Thailand, 29-30 April, 1996, with ANGOC and FAO-RAP.
8. Attended the regional conference on food security through sustainable agriculture; September, 1995; in Bangkok, Thailand. Organized by ANGOC. Sent to join by Mr. Shivakhumar of CCC.
9. Participated in workshop on Food Security and Fair Trade in Southeast Asia countries, are: Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Held in Manila, Philippines, organized by MODE on 13-16 February, 1996.
10. Attended the Asia-Pacific Regional Consultation of NGO on the World Food Summit, 29-3- April, 1996 in Bangkok, Thailand. Organized by FAO-RAP and ANGOC. Sent to join by FAO in Phnom Penh.
11. Attended the World NGO Consultation on World Food Summit (WFS) in Rome, Italy, in September, 1996. Sent by FAO Cambodia and Ministry of Agriculture funded by FAO Rome. Held draft action plan and declaration of WF with several NGO’s leaders on the world.
12. Attended the World Food Summit in Rome, Italy, on 13-17 November, 1996 with Kings, Head of States, Prime Ministers, Ministers, ambassadors on the world. Organized and funded by UNFAO in Rome.
13. Attended the world NGOs forum parallel with WFS in Rome, Italy, 12-17 November, 1996. Organized and funded by UNFAO.
14. Attended the Regional NGOs Seminar and field study in Bangladesh from 01-10, January, 1997.organized and funded by ManiTese.
15. Attended the International Seminar on Consumer Rights. Held in New Delhi, India, from 22-25 January, 1997. Organized and funded by Regional Consumer Rights in Malaysia.
16. Participated in “Sub-Regional Farmer” Cross visit on sustainable Agriculture: South-East Asian Exchange, from January 29-February 30, 1997, in Indonesia. Organized by Asian NGO Coalition (ANGOC).
17. Attended the workshop training and field study on Business Initiative for Rural Development from April 20-May 03, 1997. Organized by Cambodian Council for Development (CDC) and funded by Population and Community Development Association (PDA). Held in Thailand.
18. Joined the cross-visit to Japan from February 15-24, 1998 at Fukuoka and Nakasaki. Organized and funded by Japanese NGO for International Cooperation (JANIC).
19. Attended the Sub-Regional workshop on Partnership on Development and Strategy in Bangkok, Thailand, in January, 1999. Organized by Southeast Asia Rural Social Leadership Institute (SEARSOLIN) from Philippines.

21. Attended the FAO-NGO-CSO Consultation on 27-30 August, 2000, Yokohama, Japan. Organized and funded by FAO-ROAP.
22. Attended the regional meeting on Food Policy in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia, 28-30 September, 2000. Organized and funded by CI-ROAP and SEACON.
23. Attended the General Assembly SEACON which took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 02-05 October 2000 who organized and funded by SEACON. SEDOC is standing for Cambodian NGOs representative to SEACON.
24. Attended the Regional Consultation on Capacity Building in Manila, Philippines, 11-13 October, 2000. Organized and funded by IFCB in collaboration with ANGOC. It took place in ADB’s conference hall.
25. Attended the regional consultation seminar on the Needs for Social Development in the New Millennium, 14-17 December, 2000 at SEARSOLIN, Cagayan de oro, Philippines/ organized and funded by SEARSOLIN.
26. Meeting with Action Aid Asia President, Mr. Ramesh sign, in Bangkok on 08 January, 2001.
27. Attended the Training on Managing System for Rural Development in Feldafing, Munich, Germany. Organized and funded by DSE of Germany from 14 January –16 February, 2001(returned home 23/02/01).
28. Attended the FAO-NGO/CSO Consultation on WFS+5yl who organized and funded by JANIC and FAO-Tokyo took place in Tokyo, Japan from 08-15 March, 2001.
29. Attended the General Assembly of AsiaDHRRA and Field exposure visit on rural development in Bali, Indonesia from 27 March to 02 April 2001. Organized and funded by AsiaDHRRA in collaboration with Andhra.
30. Attended the on field visit on Social development in Bangkok, Thailand from 17-20 April, 2001 who organized and funded by SEDOC.
31. Attended the yearly general assembly of SEACON from 29 May to 03 June 2001 which took place in Kuala Lumpur of Malaysia who organized and funded by SEACON.
32. Attended the Forum for Indochina development, took place in Vientiane, Lao PDR, from 18-23 June 2001. Organized and funded by Forum for Development Indochina. I played role as coordinator of agricultural group discussion.
33. Joined the bi-annual meeting on rural development based on microfinance, rights, and other relevance in Tamil Nadir state, India, from 16-27 August, 2001 who organized by our donor from Italy.
34. Attended the FAO-NGO dialogue on Human Resource Development and WFS+5yl which took place in Bangkok, Thailand from 28-30 August, 2001. Organized by ANGOC and FAO-ROAP.
35. Attended the 13th Asia-Pacific federation of Environmentalist Journalists (APFEJ) World Congress of the Environmentalist Journalist with topic of The Roles of Media on the Road to Johannesburg. It took place in Asia University conference hall, Manila, Philippines from 22-26 October, 2001. Organized and funded by APFEJ.
